Formed by Norman Sinclair. He has bought The Orkney Brewery and Atlas Brewery in 2006.

The Orkney Brewery was founded in 1988.


Inspired from pale beers of France, Belgium and Germany. British ale malt, continental lager malt, German hops. Brewed with barley and wheat malt and a combination of three different hops.

Named after the Nimbus clouds.

Nimbus Blonde, 2007.
